Our cold appetizers are a refreshing start to any meal. Enjoy the delicate and savory vine leaves stuffed with rice, or the classic Middle Eastern hummus made from mashed chickpeas, lemon, and tahini. The cacik, a refreshing combination of yogurt and cucumber with herbs, is perfect for cooling down your palate, while our marinated olives with garlic and feta cheese offer a flavorful snack or appetizer. For those who enjoy a unique bread experience, our gluten-free white bread, made using a batter method, is a must-try. Another standout is the baba ganush, a Levantine appetizer of finely chopped roasted eggplant mixed with tahini, providing a rich and smoky flavor.

The Turkish Salad, with its vibrant mix of feta cheese, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and parsley, all dressed in a tangy pomegranate dressing, offers a delightful burst of flavors. For a crunchy and fresh option, try the Fatush Salad, a Levantine salad with toasted fried pieces of bread and mixed greens.

Our hot appetizers are warm and inviting. The char-grilled halloumi, grilled to perfection, is creamy and salty, while the falafel, deep-fried patties made from chickpeas and broad beans, are crispy on the outside and soft inside. The Lahamacun, a Turkish pizza topped with minced lamb and a special blend of spices, and the Sigara Borek, a Turkish pastry filled with spinach and feta cheese, are both savory and satisfying. The calamari, crispy fried squid rings served with our delicious hummus kavurma, featuring small pan-fried pieces of lamb, and the Albanian liver, pan-fried lamb liver cooked with onions and fresh parsley, deliver rich and hearty flavors.

Our charcoal grill main courses are perfectly grilled meats, each served with rice and salad, offering a balanced and fulfilling meal. The chicken shish, diced chicken marinated in Mediterranean spices and cooked over hot coals, and the lamb shish, tender lamb pieces marinated and grilled to perfection, are standout dishes. For a more indulgent option, try the lamb chops, succulent and herb-marinated, or the Adana Kofte, hand-minced lamb mixed with spices and grilled to a delightful char. Our mixed shish offers a combination of boneless chicken and diced lamb, providing a variety of flavors in one dish.
